Can I download the software after I purchase it?

Yes! When you buy software through our website, we immediately provide you with a link to download the software! The email we send out to you has additional support information, including how to download, install, and use our software. In addition, when you make your purchase, you can order a burned CD copy of the software, as well as an Extended Download Service, so you can download the software over an extended period of time, if you like. So, when you buy your software from us, you can download it and start using it immediately. And, if you prefer, you have the option to get a copy of the product in an alternate format that works for you.


Is your purchase page secure?

Yes! We use a special ecommerce provider(www.RegNow.com) for all our transactions. They are handled securely online for us and recorded. Neither our provider, nor GiantIsland, will store your credit card data, so you can be sure your personal data is secure, as well. All transactions support all the major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Wire Transfers, and bank transers. And all online payments are handled using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 128-bit encryption, so very secure. Is my contact purchase information kept private?

Yes! We do NOT resell or exchange your personal contact information with anyone, nor does our vendors. That information is not used for mailings in any form, except by us on rare occasions when we offer coupons or specials on our software. We send out mailings on special occasions only because many of our customers have told us, they like our products so much, they want to know when a new one is released. Otherwise, we do nothing with your personal information, and it is kept offline and totally private.


What else should I know about purchasing software from GiantIsland.com?

Purchasing from us is easy and secure. You can visit our site, read about software that interests you, click "add to cart", and its added to a hidden queue, or shopping cart for you. When you do this, you will see a small box appear in the upper left corner of the pages in our site, which shows the number of products you have added to your cart. You can add one item or multiple items to your shopping cart. When doing so, your shopping cart item count will be updated in this small display box for you. Your cart does not mean you have ordered anything. Its just a way for you to maintain your shopping choices while you explore the website and read more information about your products.

When you are ready to finally purchase your product items stored in your shopping cart, simply click "Checkout" in the small shopping cart box at the top of the page, or visit our Purchase page and press "Checkout". When doing so, you will go directly to our secure Shopping Cart area. There, you can remove items you dont need or add additional numbers of items and update your cart. To access you software downloads, you simply need need to complete the purchase form page and enter your billing and shipping information, as well as payment options. Your credit card will be checked and validated, and payment processed immediately online and placed on your credit card statement. (Note: Some cards take up to 10 days or more to actually show the purchase on your credit card statement, so please be patient if you do not see the transaction right away).

After completing a successful order, we will take you to a page that tells you your order was successful and reveal a link where you can download the software directly to your computer from our provider. We will also send you an email(s) with more information about the software, installation, setup, and downloading, in case you need to come back and download another copy of the software, or if some error occured during download. If you have any problems getting your download, uncompressing it, or installing, please contact our support group at: support@giantisland.com, and we will be glad to assist you and make sure you get a valid copy of your purchased products quickly.


Do you offer a guarantee or refund on your products?

We do offer a full refund on software that does not work due to a bug or serious flaw that prevents you from using the product. You must provide a screenshot or copy of the product's error screen text, and send that to us by email. If we can verify the issue, we will offer you a fix within 7 days, or a refund, if you prefer. We do not offer refunds because of setup, server, or hardware conflicts, or software expectations, etc. If you need to know how our software works, please try one of our free online demos of the product in our Products area first, before making a purchase. Also, before purchasing, please read and verify your server settings to make sure they fit our product's software Requirements.

We do not provide a money back guarantee at this time. But we do stand behind our products, and will work hard to make sure your product works and performs well for you and exceeds your expectations.

Can I purchase more products, updates, upgrades, or new modules?

Yes! Over time, we add new features and products to our site. Simply visit our products listing area(s) to see what we have to offer. We do offer additions to products in the form of modules, which are very easy to install in your currently running product. (You only have to drag a module folder into the "Modules" folder in our products to install it on the server!) In some cases, on request, we can provide you with a small partial update of our product modules, or provide limited "bug fixes" for the product. But in most cases, you will need to move to the next version to get the full benefit, as our products improve. So, we currently do not offer full product upgrades.

But, as we add new versions, or totally new products, you may purchase those and actually add them to your website and server. Because all of our products are compatible with each other, you can quickly add value to your current website using our product suites.
