Most of the Help for our website products provided to our customers is contained inside the products themselves in the form of Help Pages. Look for the "?" icon (seen to the left) in each or your software product modules to find detailed instructions and useful help information about your module and product. All product-level or module help help info will be found there. You will find information there related to using the product modules, features, and functions. Some technical information is also found there.
In addition, the product has special error messages and help feedback built right into the product. So, after events take place in the web application, or if an error occurs, a yellow bar at the top will provide feedback to you in the form of a text message. You can then either take action or contact us with the error. The Help and Error checking system, along with message system, allows you (and the developers) the ability to pin-point and address most of the issues that occur inside the product, as well as help answer any immediate questions you may have about an issue inside the product.
